There are multiple ways to track your package:


1. You may track your order directly from our shipping confirmation email. If you did not receive a shipping confirmation, please feel free to submit a ticket to our helpdesk for agent assistance. 


2. You may track your order from your account dashboard. If you created an account you can click the 'Account' tab in the top right menu bar and enter your username and password.  




3.  Once you signed in to your account you can click on the "Orders" icon, shown below.  Clicking on the selected order will pull up the order details including tracking information.  



 You will then need to paste that tracking number into the appropriate carrier tracking site (USPS or FedEx)
