All ordering is done through our website. Following these easy steps you can place an order on our website and have it shipped directly to your address.
The first step is to find the product page for the item or items you would like to order. Once you have located this page you will want to add the items into your cart. You can do this using the blue "Add" button near the top of the item page.
Once you have added everything needed to your cart, you can visit your shopping cart to double-check its contents and begin the checkout process.
You can get to your shopping cart by clicking on the words "Shopping Cart" just to the left of the four gray squares in the upper right-hand portion of our website. You can also click on the gray squares to get to your cart as shown below:
Once you are in your shopping cart, you can click on the blue button at the bottom of your items list that says "Secure Checkout." This will begin our easy four step checkout process.
Step 1: The first step is to provide the shipping address where you would like us to send your order. You can also choose to sign up for our newsletter or receive mailings from us regarding sales and events from this page.
Step 2: This step is where you fill in your billing information. This should match what your bank has on file for the card associated with the order. If it is the same as your shipping address you can check the box at the top.
Step 3: The third step will ask you to choose your preferred shipping method. It will provide a list of shipping options and the price associated with those options. Orders of $49 or more receive free ground shipping.
Step 4: The final step is where you'll review your order and input your card information. Once this is done and you click "Place Order" it will be sent to our warehouse where it will be packed and shipped.
