Difficulty Using Our Website:
If you find maneuvering our Drip Depot website difficult or just don't know the name of the item you are looking for we encourage you to reach out to our Drip Depot Customer Service team for assistance before getting too frustrated. In this article we will give an overview of our website home page and the various ways you can search for items and information.
Searching for Items on Drip Depot Website:
Search Bar:
First and possibly the most common method people use is the search bar. However, this does not always bring up every item with the words or phrases included in its name or description.
Unfortunately, we have been unable to improve this yet. You will notice in the image this search has brought up several types of items related to "sprinkler rotors".
We also understand viewing and using our website on a mobile device can prove more difficult than on a PC or laptop. We are continually making changes for better performance and maneuverability. We welcome all your feedback as we strive to make our Drip Depot website as user friendly as possible.
Drop Down Categories:
Second, Drip Depot website is divided into various categories, such as Irrigation Kits, Irrigation Supplies, and Gardening as examples. We also have many subcategories such as Drippers, Clamps, Fittings, Gardening Tools, and several others to make searching a little more refined. On the left side of the website screen is a category list to narrow the search parameters.
If you are looking for rotor sprinklers there is no need to search through a list of items that may not be needed. You'll want to click the "Irrigation Supplies" category and a list of subcategories will open up:
Next, go down the list until you find the subcategory "Sprinklers". Here you will see the categorized list of the different sprinklers we carry. For this example we are looking for rotor sprinklers so you'll want to select the "Rotor Sprinkler" subcategory.
Here we have our rotor sprinklers separated by parts, bodies, and tools that you may need for your sprinkler. If you are looking for the sprinkler bodies you'll want to click on "Rotor Bodies". Once you click on the subcategory you'll see a list of our products as well as images for each one.
From here you have several tools to help you find what you need. If for example you have a specific brand you are looking for, you can use our brand filter to find the one you need:
If you need specific connection sizes or pop-up height, we have a filter for available attributes that can help narrow your search:
If you would prefer, we offer a list view of our products. With this view you can see the products name as well as all variations of each product, including their image and their specifications, without needing to open their page. You can also adjust the quantity you would like and add these products to your cart as needed.
If the ADD button is pale blue and says OUT, we do not have current stock and our system will not allow you to add item(s) to your shopping cart. You may contact our customer support for estimated availability of item(s).
Clickable Icons and Images:
The final search aid is the body of our webpage, it has clickable icons and images to locate categories; item types; and individual manufacturers. This can be done from the "Home Page" or from a "Category Page" looking for specific sub categories.
This works similarly to the previous method but offers a more visual approach.

Product Information and Features:
On specific item pages we will list details and product features, have manufacturer specifications and operating instructions or manuals, and videos about the product(s), if available. Be sure to scroll all the way down the page to see all that is provided. If you have a question about a particular item you can always ask our support staff.
As you shop and add items to your cart, you can track your cart contents on the right hand side of the webpage. Any discounts will be displayed as well. You can adjust quantity or delete any items you have in your cart without having to leave the page you are currently on.
If you want to review the items contained in your cart or are ready to begin the checkout process, click the Shopping Cart link just above in the top right corner. You can still add or remove items until you actually checkout. Items you add to your cart will stay in the cart until you check out, unless you remove them. If inventory changes while an item is in your shopping cart you will be notified about insufficient stock when you try to check out.

Additionally, you can locate helpful info by navigating to the top right of our page. Here you can get help with orders or any questions you may have, and see all our educational resources; start browsing our pre-build kits or modify them to your needs; get quick access to our YouTube channel; review recently viewed items; sign in or update account information; and view your current cart.
At the bottom of our page you can click on our Irrigation Calculators to gain access to helpful tools you may need for your projects.
Also at the bottom of the page there is a link to our support. This functions the same as the "Help" button at the top of our website. There you will find Drip Depot Policies, ability to create a "New support ticket", Website Resources, information about our Affiliate Program, and our Social Media links.
Need to Find Order Information and Shipping?
If you would like to access your orders they can be found in your account.
From there you'll want to go to the Orders tab in top left.
Next, find the order number associated with the purchase information you are looking for.
Please note: On the far right side of this screen will have the date each order was placed.
Once you are in the specific order you will see a "Shipment" section that will inform you of the carrier, service, and provided tracking number.
Please note: This section will only be filled out once your order has been processed and safely on its way to you. An email should be provided once we ship it out.
