There are many options available to convert a PVC pipe system to poly tubing or drip tape. The use of multiple adapter fittings is required. A few examples are noted below in the illustrations.

To connect thin wall drip tape instead of heavy wall poly tubing you just need to use perma-loc drip tape fittings instead of poly tubing fittings. Here are some examples:
