If you believe your package has been misdelivered or lost please submit a ticket to our helpdesk so our helpful agents can investigate this matter further for you. 


We will initiate an investigation with the Post Office or FedEx. In many cases, we find that if the carrier attempts to deliver but can not for some reason, they might mark it as delivered, only to have it show up the next day. The following are things that may produce your package sooner:


  1. Depending on how close your local post office or FedEx office is to you, it may be worth a call to see if they have           the package there.


 2. Checking around the mailbox area or your porch, anywhere the delivering carrier may have placed the package.


 3. If you have neighbors that you know, you might check to see if they received your package by mistake.
