There are multiple ways to track your package:


1. You may track your order directly from our shipping confirmation email. If you did not receive a shipping confirmation, please feel free to submit a ticket to our helpdesk for agent assistance. 


2. You may track your order from your account dashboard. If you created an account you can click the 'Account' tab in the top menu bar and enter your username and password.  If not, you may use the 'Track' tab in the top menu bar and enter your order number and shipping zip code.  This should take you to your dashboard.  Then you may click on Orders and Details for any orders you wish to review or track.
