We apologize for any trouble you may have experienced with your EZ-Flo Unit! If you're worried you may have a defective or failed unit, you're in the right place. We're happy you found this FAQ so we can start the process of troubleshooting and/or defective diagnosis.

First! You will need two pieces of information:

1. You will need to know your water pressure (PSI). If you're unsure how to check this, Please see the instructions under this link  How to check the flow rate of your water source or please write to our helpdesk!

2. You will need to know if your unit was under constant pressure. If you are using a timer, the EZ-Flo has to be installed after the timer. If you are not using a timer, you will need to manually turn the water on and off as needed.

Pictures or videos are always helpful to us if you are able to send in any with your initial email.

If you have any questions about your EZ-Flo, its operation, warranty or any other questions, please don't hesitate to ask, we are always here to help!
