We have found some email providers such as Hotmail and MSN will sometimes mark our replies as spam. This means our replies go directly to your spam or junk mail folder. But no worries, there is a way to fix this!
If you add "email@example.com" as a contact in your email, this will resolve the issues with it going to the spam mail folder.
If you've written into our helpdesk and haven't heard from us within the hour, look in your spam folder for the recent ticket to locate replies!
