If you only see FedEx 2-day as an option but are planning to ship to a P.O. box in Alaska or Hawaii - please reach out to us at our helpdesk. We will be happy to help!

If you only see FedEx 2-day as an option and are shipping to a physical address or residence in Alaska or Hawaii that normally receives FedEx ground shipments and would like us to check ground rates,  please reach out to us at our helpdesk. We will be happy to help!

Please note: The size of the order (box size and weight) may limit the shipping options available to certain areas and addresses. (i.e. a box that is 22" x 22" x 22" weighing 30+ lbs may not be eligible to ship to a P.O. Box due to shipping and receiving limitations).  - This might be why you are only seeing a FedEx 2-day option at checkout. 

If you do not see any shipping options at check out and are shipping to a Guam or Puerto Rico address, we apologize, this may be due to shipping limitations of USPS. 

USPS is limited in box size and weight - oversized, heavy, or bulky orders may not be eligible to be shipped via USPS.

At this time, we are unable to ship to Guam or Puerto Rico using FedEx.
